In order to fully leverage the leading role of provincial agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, and achieve the upgrading of agricultural industrialization management, in accordance with the provisions of the "Hubei Province Agricultural Industrialization Provincial Key Leading Enterprise Recognition and Monitoring Management Measures", the Office of the Provincial Agricultural Industrialization Management Leading Group organized the monitoring and recognition work of provincial-level key agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in 2017. After enterprise application, preliminary review and recommendation by the city (prefecture) and county (district), the Provincial Industrialization Office organized review and spot check, solicited opinions from the members of the provincial industrialization leading group, studied at the executive meeting of the director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, and reviewed by the provincial agricultural industrialization management leading group, 670 provincial key leading enterprises such as Zhouhei duck Food Industrial Park Co., Ltd. passed the monitoring, 183 enterprises failed to meet the standards and regulations, and were disqualified as provincial key leading enterprises; At the same time, 157 newly declared enterprises, including Hubei Liangpinpuzi Food Industry Co., Ltd., meet the conditions and have been recognized as provincial key leading enterprises.

Provincial key leading enterprises are an important force in promoting the development of modern agriculture, increasing farmers' employment and income, and promoting the structural reform of Hubei's agricultural supply side. Relevant departments at all levels should further strive for the attention and support of local party committees and governments, implement support policies, innovate guidance methods, improve service levels, strengthen supervision and management, and support provincial key leading enterprises to become stronger and bigger.
